BROWNIES WITH PISTACHIOS
I have got the best and easiest brownie recipe that will definitely make you wanna do it again and again.
📌TIP No 1: Use a good quality butter. Trust me, this might not seem too important, but it will affect the texture of your brownies. Make sure your butter is tasty on its own!
📌TIP No 2: Try to find the chocolate which is meant to be for baking, but be careful, sometimes even those will be full of sugar! better go for dark chocolate with at least 70% cacao.
📌TIP No 3: If you wish to quickly enhance the brownie taste, feel free to experiment with chocolate flavors!
📌TIP No 4: One more important thing - no need to whisk the eggs until foam, we are making brownies, not a sponge cake!
INGREDIENTS
- 180 g - dark chocolate
- 180 g - butter
- 3 full eggs
- 75 g - flour
- 100-200 g - sugar (depending on your chocolate sweetness)
- pinch of salt
- handful of pistachios / walnuts
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare butter and eggs to be room temperature.
- Prepare bain-marie (as in the below image: 1 pot with hot water and 1 pot / bowl with whatever you need to melt).
- Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth texture
- In a separate bowl whisk eggs with sugar
- Add chocolate & butter mixture in, once it is cooled
- Add flower gradually
- Mix well, then add nuts (if you want)
- Pour the batter in the baking dish (I use the round silicone one)
- Heat up the over to 175 Celsius . Bake for 25-30 min .
