Raspberry cake
The best and super easy cake recipe ! you can basically put anything inside !

Ingredients:
- 250 g of all purpose flower
- 175 g butter (room temperature)
- 175 g sugar
- 3 full eggs
- 1 t.s. baking powder
- 10g vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
Optional Ingredients:
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla / Almond Essence
- Dried fruits ( raisins / prunes / apricots)
- Nuts (cashews / pistachios / walnuts)
- Fruits / berries (raspberries / blueberries )
- Chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and butter with hand mixer. The mixture should become larger and whiter and will be creamy texture.
2. Add eggs one by one and mix very well. Continue mixing, the longer you mix, the fluffier cake will be.
3. Gradually add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt. Mix quickly, not long anymore.
4. Add your filling (fruits/ nuts / flavors) and mix with the spatula only, do not use the mixer anymore.
5. Put the mixture into the baking dish (I prefer to use the silicone form because it never sticks and very easy to remove the cake from it. Also, I do not put any additional butter for the form).
6. Bake at 160 C until the stick come out dry. Start to check the cake after about 30-40 min. time will depend on the form material, size and your oven.
This is how my form looks like (above) and the cake when it is ready. this one was with white chocolate and blueberries.
